Sick for 5 days 
– VLCD 41 – no loss/gain; VLCD 42 – no loss/gain; VLCD 43 +1.2 gain (Mom made me eat soup but it cured me!) VLCD 44 – 0.1 released.

After a minor blip I am back on track again and ready to start the pound loss. I have been 100% intentional for the past two days and things seem to be going well.

Completed my LOAD DAYS. Gained .8 lbs in two days. Questioning why I only gained so little, when I gorged myself on MANY fatty foods??? By the way….Superbowl Parties are great LOADING ZONES!! Go Saints!
