Burn Fat with Aerobics Exercise

Whether you are doing aerobics exercise to lose weight, get fit, or just stay healthy, doing a combination of high and low intensity aerobics exercises will maximize the effectiveness of the workout. The key is to alternate between high and low intensity exercises.
For example, walk or swim for five or ten minutes, then run for the next five or ten minutes. Then go back to the lower intensity aerobics exercise. The point of switching between high and low intensity exercises is so your body burns both fat and calories. The different activities will also exercise different muscle groups, further improving the effectiveness of your workout.
It’s no secret that the world is full of obese people. A lot of these people do exercise, but they just can’t seem to drop the weight. One of the likely reasons is they are not doing combination aerobics exercises. Granted, doing some exercise is better than none, but if you don’t give your body variety, you are simply training it to handle that particular task better.
For example, say a person walks for twenty minutes each and every day. Rain or shine, they walk. Great, right? Maybe just good. See, that person’s body learns to expect the exercise and adapts itself to handle the activity as efficiently as possible. This all sounds good, but what their body is actually doing is protecting itself. It learns to use other resources for energy so its level of critical resources, like carbohydrates, doesn’t get depleted. So this person who does her aerobics exercises so diligently everyday is seeing virtually no results. She still has the body fat, and her weight has not decreased.
Before you begin any aerobics exercise routine, consult with your doctor or health professional. Start slow, doing easier aerobics exercises for a shorter period of time. Your heart rate should be up, but you should still should have enough breath to be able to talk. Keep detailed notes of what aerobics exercise you did and for how long. Increase the intensity and time slowly to avoid overexertion and injury. No matter what type of aerobics exercise you choose to do, make sure that it is a combination of both low and high intensity exercises.
